Terms & Conditions

All participants must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the event. Entries are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have selected the correct event, category and any applicable options when completing their registration.

Participants must comply with all event rules, safety requirements and reasonable instructions provided by the Chertsey Endurance Festival organisers, officials and event staff.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from an event where they believe this is necessary for safety, rule compliance or the proper running of the event.

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including event times, routes, activities, categories, venues or other arrangements where circumstances require.

Every effort will be made to communicate any significant changes to registered participants as soon as reasonably possible.

If the Chertsey Endurance Festival is cancelled by the organisers, registered participants will be notified and the applicable refund process will be communicated.

If a registered participant is unable to attend, their entry may be transferred to another participant, subject to prior approval by the organisers.

All substitution requests must be submitted by email and completed by 15 October 2026.

Participants take part in the event at their own responsibility and must follow all applicable safety instructions and event rules.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are appropriately prepared and able to participate in their chosen event.

For events involving horses, motorbikes, running or other physical activities, participants must comply with any additional safety requirements communicated by the organisers.

Participants under the age of 18 must have the appropriate consent and/or supervision required by the organisers for their participation.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors under their care understand and comply with the applicable event rules.

Photography and video may be taken during the Chertsey Endurance Festival for event documentation, promotional purposes and future marketing.

By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or video taken during the event.

Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection laws.

Information may be used for purposes related to event registration, administration, communication and the organisation of the event.

Participants should check official event communications for the latest information before attending.
