Refund & Substitution Policy

This policy applies to entries purchased through the Chertsey Endurance Festival website. Entries for events entered through another organisation are subject to that organisation’s own terms.

All event entries are non-refundable once purchased. This applies where an entrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, including illness, injury, personal circumstances, travel difficulties, or changes to plans.

Refunds will only be issued if the Chertsey Endurance Festival is cancelled by the organisers. Should the event be cancelled, registered participants will be contacted with details regarding the refund process.

If you are unable to attend the event after purchasing your entry, you may arrange for your entry to be transferred to another participant.

To request a substitution, please contact us by email with your full entry details and the full details of the person taking over your entry. All substitutions must be approved by the Chertsey Endurance Festival organisers and completed by 15 October 2026.

Please note: if a shirt was included with the original entry, the shirt size will remain as selected on the original purchase and cannot be changed as part of a substitution.
